Upstairs, you will find a fully equipped Kitchen outfitted with all the newest appliances, finished with tile backsplash and beautiful countertops. The living room features a large screen TV with a unique stone gas fireplace that flows into the dining area which showcases panoramic views of the waterway and ocean. The upstairs hosts two queen bedrooms and a professionally remodeled bathroom. Downstairs, you will discover a screen on the porch, two bedrooms (a double twin room & queen bedroom), a fully equipped laundry room with an extra refrigerator and a full bathroom. Also, a lower second living room is appointed with kid-friendly amenities, which completes the layout of this magnificent home capable of sleeping 8. The whole home has new beautiful flooring, paint, light fixtures and furnishings, totaling 2,400 square feet. Tons of outdoor living space including large decks on both the front and rear of the house. Additional amenities include, hi speed WIFI, large screen Roku TVs, movies, games and stereo.

Driving a short distance further, you will discover Wrightsville or Topsail Beaches less than 15 miles away. Other area attractions include Airlie Gardens, the North Carolina Aquarium, the Boardwalk at Carolina Beach, historic Fort Fisher, and the Battleship North Carolina. There are numerous golf courses in the area including Porters Neck Country Club, making this the perfect location to enjoy all the Wilmington area has to offer.

**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.
The Linen Package is now optional.
Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.
Guest Access: Electronic entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!
Arrival and Departure:
A Valid Government Photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreeent is required for every reservation.

Off Season Check-ins: begin at 3:00PM and end at 5:00PM. Guests arriving after office closing time must contact our office to arrange for a late key pickup.
Check Out: Is before 10:00AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
