**WELCOME TO FRIPP ISLAND, BOOK NOW**

This beautifully updated 3 bedroom 3 bath 2,000sqft. home is located in a perfect central location on the unforgettable Fripp Island. The house is located on the 17th hole of the Ocean Creek Golf Course. You will fall in love with the relaxing atmosphere and private nature of the Island.

Family room has a wet bar, ice maker, wine cooler, and beverage cooler. Golf course and pond views from screened porches off of the back of home.

This home offers a beautiful renovated and fully equipped kitchen, including dishes, pots & pans, stainless steel appliances, etc.

Living room and all bedrooms have Flat Screen TV's with cable access along with ROKU to access your favorite apps (Netfix, Hulu, Disney +, ect) in every bedroom. High Speed Wifi access is also available throughout the home.

Private upstairs Master Suite has a King size bed and large bathroom. This bathroom has a stand alone shower and large soaking tub. This master bedroom also has a private balcony for enjoying your coffee in the morning or watching the native wildlife.

Second master bedroom has a King size bed with private bathroom along with a private porch overlooking Bonita Dr.

Third bedroom is a bunk room that offers two full size bunk beds along with trundle bed. This room also has a private balcony overlooking Bonita Dr. Bathroom offers a tub/shower combo and door to access from family room.

Golf carts are the transportation of choice on the island. We offer a golf cart for rent upon request. The cart that we offer is a brand new 4 seater lithium ion cart fully loaded. Cart features: built in Bluetooth sound system, 10” digital dash screen, backup camera, integrated cooler under the backseat, custom wheels and tires, turn signals and horn.

If you would like to rent our cart, proceed with booking your stay as normal, then after booking please message me stating you would like to rent the golf cart. I will then send out a cart rental agreement to sign and send you a separate invoice. This is a cheaper option than renting from the island.

**PLEASE READ**
Due to recent changes in management from the Fripp Island Club, Amenity Club Cards are available for purchase still, but renters will now be subjected to a resort fee of 12.8% of rentals total cost(Before Taxes, Cleaning and Club Cards). These cards must be purchased through owner at least a week before your stay, or additional charges could apply for rushed order through resort. The new management company has been met with a lot of opposition on the issue from homeowners and this will more than likely end up in court, but as of right now this is unfortunately what is being required in order to use the Islands Amenities.

The primary renter must be over 25 years of age. No college groups or parties.

Summary: This house is conveniently located and beautiful! It was perfect for our family of 4 but could have comfortably accommodated more. The owner was very responsive and helpful which we appreciated since we had never been to Fripp before. The owner’s golf cart we added to our stay was also a hit… it was so nice!
