This beautiful luxury home is located in a private gated community on the Intracoastal Waterway, adjacent to Outriggers Restaurant & Marina. The interior is light and bright, exceptionally clean, has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, an open kitchen, family & dining rooms, a back patio, and 2 balconies upstairs. Outside you will enjoy a keyed-entry community pool and hot tub, large yard, and tropical landscape. Enjoy the adjacent marina, fishing store, and restaurant just steps out the back door! Just a short stroll away are both the white sands of New Smyrna Beach, and a charming downtown with shops and restaurants along Canal Street. Both within 1 mile. You'll find every amenity you could possibly need while traveling here, but if you have any special requests, feel free to ask us. Please note there is no boat or trailer parking available here.
