Unplugging/Disabling Wi-Fi router or any electronic devices in the unit will cause full lockout and cancelation of stay with no refund.
No pets will be allowed on the premises and all listings for the suites will reflect such. Both the Lessor and Lessee understand that the denial of housing to persons with disabilities is against Federal law. If service dogs are part of an accommodation, access will be provided to comply with ADA. ALL service animals will follow ADA requirements to be leashed/tethered except during a medical emergency.
