There are over 1.7 miles of private walking paths on the property, and it's just a short drive to Holmes Forest or Jeter Mountain Orchard (10 minutes), DuPont Forest or Sky Top Orchard (15 minutes), and Pisgah Forest or Rock Creek Mountain Bike Park (20 minutes).
