This brand new two-story home has plenty of space for your family to relax and thrive. The first floor features an open-plan layout with a Great Room, dining room, and kitchen. There is bedroom on the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find a loft, 3 secondary bedrooms, and a luxe owner's suite with access to a private deck. Our home is located in a great community with close proximity to shopping.
The space
The property is equipped with a fantastic great room that's perfect for entertaining guests or just lounging with family and friends. The great room has comfortable seating, a big 60-inch flat-screen TV, and an electric fireplace with mood lighting, making it ideal for movie nights or sports games. Summary: Nice big house. Unfortunately it is about half furnished and the furniture is in bad shape. Could be a great place with a large dining room table and some new couches. Bedrooms usually have more than a bed for furniture. Also the large downstairs family room needs a big TV. Lastly it is about 15 minutes driving to anything and 30 to almost place we wanted to go so wouldn’t stay again regardless. Would have liked a message a day or two before checkin. Just got door code at time of checkin.
