Summary: I booked this suite because I needed an extended stay location for a week long business trip. The GOOD: the place was really clean and the employees were friendly. The BAD: the beds are worn out and so are the pillows. After 2 nights sleeping on the “mattress,” I could barely walk because of hip pain but had to tough it out the rest of my stay because they would not offer a refund for the remaining nights. The UGLY: the walls and floors are tissue paper thin. You WILL hear your neighbors pillow talk at all hours. You WILL hear basic conversations all day and night since some of the “residents” are not working. Therefore, they stay up all night long. You will hear the people above you walking around all night. You will not sleep in this hotel. Furthermore, after the first night of no sleep and extreme discomfort, I asked for a refund so I could relocate to another place for the remainder of my business trip only to be told there are no refunds! I have to return to the Winston area in a few months for another week, but I’ll 100% stay somewhere else.
