Summary: The beds are like sleeping on springs, even after putting 2 additional blankets underneath the sheets. Several times we asked for more toilet paper we were told they didn’t have any, like what? For a room with 2 people you get 3 flat pillows and when you ask for another they don’t know where they are. Activity in the parking lot all the time with unsavory characters and some work there. The maintenance person is generally found standing in the office at night talking with the staff not working. They’re inconsistent on the policy of food deliveries, sometimes they deliver to room sometimes you have to pick up in office. Kitchenette with no supplies. They don’t even remove the trash for crying out loud.
