A beautifully decorated home in uptown Charlotte. Just steps to Bank of America stadium and an easy walk to center city. A 10 minute drive to the airport and a short uber ride to Charlotte s other happenig neighborhoods (Noda, Southend, Plaza Midwood, etc). 4 bedrooms (one king and three queen beds), two and a half bathrooms. Can be configured to sleep 10-12. A large backyard that s perfect for relaxing with a fire pit to keep you warm. And a true southern porch with a swing and rocking chairs. ----------------------- More Information ----------------------- A charming home in the city. Beautifully furnished and wonderfully decorated. A great loction in the Queen City. You ll be just steps to Bank of America stadium and surrounded by lively pre-game tailgates during football season. It s a short, scenic walk to center city, the baseball stadium, and the Spectrum Center. And if you want to leave uptown and explore other neighborhoods, you re a quick $5 Uber ride to all the other happening areas (Noda, Plaza Midwood, South End, etc). This is a 4 bedroom home and the bed configuration is 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, so the home comfortably sleeps 8 with plenty of privacy. There are also 2 couches and 2 portable twin mattresses to easily sleep 10-12 guests. The home also has two full baths and one half bath. There s enough room for 2 cars in the driveway and additional street parking as well (I ll provide a parking permit if needed). The fenced-in backyard is quite - feel free to use the fire pit (wood provided) as it s a great way to relax after a long day. And with a rocking chair porch (and a swing!) you can live like a true Southerner and sip sweet tea while unwinding after a full day of fun. ----------------- Guest access ----------------- Guests will have free access to WiFi, Keurig coffee, Roku with Netflix, a 55" TV with local HD channels, a gas BBQ grill, washer/dryer, clean fridge, and plenty firewood for the outdoor fire pit as well. ----------------------------- Interaction with guests ----------------------------- I am available to interact as much or as little as you want.
