The condo is spacious throughout (1600 square ft), and has ceramic tile floors in the foyer, kitchen, bathrooms and utility rooms. Hardwood flooring in all the bedrooms, dining area, and living area. All living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms are beautifully decorated, with flat-screen TVs in each room. The kitchen was just upgraded with new cabinets and granite counter-tops.
The ocean-front living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa and love-seat with a flat panel TV featuring 70+ cable channels.
