Upon entering the home, you will notice beautiful rustic flooring throughout, custom cabinets built from 100-year-old local barn wood, exquisite wooden accents, vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, and a rock fireplace with a gorgeous mantel in the great room and a smart TV. The great room is the ideal place to hang out with your family and friends while keeping the chef company. The open floor plan allows you to unwind in the living area while the chef is working their magic in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with granite countertops and modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. The extensive main-level covered deck has an outdoor stacked rock fireplace with another smart TV on top. There is a nice and comfy hammock by the fireplace where you can kick your feet up and relax while reading a favorite book.
The lower level has a unique saloon-styled wet bar, an inviting rec area with a smart TV, and stained concrete floors throughout. You can find plenty of board games inside the ottoman, poker chips, and cards. This level also features a covered deck - both covered decks overlook a winding creek.
Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom on the lower level and two bedrooms on the upper level. The primary suite is on the upper level and enjoys a walk-in closet and a barn door leading to an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have French doors leading to covered decks. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer and a wood firepit.
