Take in the sunrise and escape from it all at the historic gated community of Belle Isle on Winyah Bay. This newly updated, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath end unit boasts untouched views of Winyah Bay and majestic oaks at every window. Upon entering the split-level townhome, 4 steps up brings you to the living room, kitchen, dining and powder room, along with a gorgeous carolina sunroom. 4 steps down from the entry brings you to the 3 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full size laundry room and a large screened porch off one of the bedrooms. The master bedroom and one of the secondary bedrooms has gorgeous views of the Winyah Bay. The bunk room with double bunk beds also has an arcade style basketball game to keep the kids entertained.
At the end of the day, skip the long take out lines and make dinner in the full kitchen while the family relaxes or plays board games on the porch. If a long beach day wears you out, grab dinner at one of the many fabulous restaurants in historic Georgetown, a mere 10 min drive away.

Our address is 117 Finch Drive, Unit 271, Georgetown, SC. When using your gps, please enter-belle isle villas-to get to the front gate. At the front gate, we will have provided a code to you to use whenever you enter. Continue straight and take a right onto Finch Dr. Pull into the first large parking lot on the left Our parking spots are labeled 271 and are the last two, all the way to the right. Ours in the end unit- #271. Each unit is given 2 parking spots only. Please do not inconvenience our dear neighbors by parking in their spots. Every guest at Belle Isle must hang an orange guest pass on their car mirror. You will find 2 parking passes on the kitchen counter for your use. If you forget to hang these, expect someone to ask.
