House is approximately 2,000 feet on two levels. 3BR, 2BA. Upstairs has one bedroom with two twin beds, a second bedroom with a double bed, a full bath with tub, full kitchen, dining area, living area with HDTV and open air sundeck. Lower Level has the master bedroom with walk in cedar closet, bath with walk in shower, a small dining or game table, sink and microwave, washer and dryer, another living are with HD TV and a screened in porch with a swing. Entire house is hardwood floors or ceramic tile except master bedroom which is carpeted. Property includes private dock with a covered boat slip and sunning/swimming area. Roof of dock provides nice afternoon shade if desired. Dock has plenty of room for the sun lovers as well.
