The master bedroom has one king-bed. Two of the bedrooms have one queen bed in each. And the fourth bedroom is setup for the kids, with two separate bunk beds. Each bunk bed has a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin-size bed on top (room sleeps 6). Every bedroom has a TV.
The top floor game-room has a foo's-ball table, an air-hockey table, a mini-fridge / wet-bar, a half-bath, and a work-station, in addition to a walk-out balcony overlooking the ICW.
