Top floor has master bed (king) with private bath (soaking tub and separate shower) and loft (w/ built-in double bed). Middle floor has open kitchen/dining/living area (w/fireplace), 1/2 bath off kitchen, and master bedroom (king) with private bath (shower only). Lower floor has mudroom with extra-large capacity W/D, 1/2 bath, entertainment area with sofa/love seat/fireplace/50-inch TV, and a large bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds and private bath (tub/shower combo and double sinks).
