This home is perfect for windsurfers and kayakers. On the first level, the first bedroom is waterfront with a private bath. The second bedroom is a main bedroom with a semi-private bath and hall access. The third bedroom has a private bath. Each bedroom has a TV. A large den with an entertainment center featuring a 46-inch TV and DVD player provides access to the decks and hot tub.
Upstairs, the Jersey Paddler blossoms into a large great room with exquisite furnishings, a 55-inch LCD HDTV, a Blu-ray player, and surround sound, plus a stereo with a 5-disk CD changer, a half bath, a gas fireplace, and views of the water, sunsets, and nature. The upscale kitchen, with a prep island and a nearby dining area, allows pass-through access to the screened porch with a picnic table for outdoor seating. The waterfront sundeck is the Jersey Paddler's best seat. Sore from a day on the water? Rest in the fourth bedroom with a private bath, a TV, a Jacuzzi, a sauna, and a steam shower. THINGS TO KNOW
Private pools are open for use from the arrival weekends from April 1 to October 13, 2023.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on weather.

Dock details: Boats recommended require no more than a 2' draft. Sound waters can be very shallow.
