Access to main lake via 10 foot wide 6 foot tall culvert. Pigeon Roost creek is wide enough for water sports.
At the lakeside there are 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a canoe. In addition, there are lounge chairs, hammock and a table with seating on the dock. A swim mat and other water toys are available.

House has a large master suite with king bed and attached master bath with shower and jetted tub. There is a second bedroom on main floor with queen bed and second full bath room (shower only). It has a large room above garage with two queen beds, twin bunk beds, sofa and TV. There is a third full bath room (bathtub only) located above the garage. Basement has a flex room with California King bed. A queen sofa sleeper bed and TV are in the main basement room. Large kitchen and dining area on main floor opens to large main room with TV and seating. Garage is set up as game room with ping pong table, foosball table, and other lawn games. Large multi level deck with ample seating and dining table. Nice flat lot to water with fire pit equipped with 8 chairs and bench. Double boat house with nice deck for lounging and sunning. Located in a private community with boat launch. Easy access to main lake and shopping center. Pets allowed with additional pet fee of $100 flat rate regardless of number of nights.
When you enter the house from the front door you are met with a large family room with open view of the lake and access to the deck. The master bed room is located to the right and has open view to the lake and a separate access to the large rear deck. The large family room opens to the left into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The dining area has an open view to the lake from both the rear and the side windows. Main table has seating for six. There is an area along the half wall with additional seating for four. The kitchen sink has a window that looks out to the lake. Behind the kitchen is the second main floor bedroom, laundry area and second main floor full bath. The entry to the garage, room over the garage and basement are located in the rear hall.
