A combined living and dinning area with abundant natural light opens up to your furnished deck overlooking the canal and boat docking area.

A public boat launch is located within a half mile of the condo. A full service marina is located a few hundred yards down the street. Use of the complex's pool and boat dock are also included. Maximum boat length for docking onsite is 24'. Maximum draft is 15”.
