Recently renovated waterfront house with dock on beautiful Badin Lake in the Uwharrie Mountains of North Carolina. This spacious home sleeps 8 adults and 4 children comfortably. The home has an expansive waterfront view of the lake and includes a dock area suitable to dock your pontoon boat. You can fish and swim from the dock. There are 2 living areas and a game room with a pool table and refrigerator located on the basement level which walks out to the lake. Waterfront fire pit with chairs (wood is not furnished). Propane gas grill on deck w/propane. (There is also a closet full of board games for family game night! There are 2 outdoor spaces with furniture. There are 3 TV's, a washer & dryer, a regular coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, pots & pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Linens and towels are not included. Comforters and pillows are furnished. Pets are not allowed. There is a restaurant also next door to this property which also has entertainment on weekends. Uwharrie National Forest recreation areas with walking trails and ATV trails are close by along with Morrow Mountain State Park.
