The primary bedroom has a king bed while the second bedroom has a tiered bunk with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top. The full kitchen features a sound view, a food preparation island, granite counter tops and bar seating for 4. The living area features leather furniture and a smart TV with cable. There is seating for 4 at an elevated table. The bathroom has a tile walk in rain style shower and a granite vanity with dual sinks. The private outdoor shower has a waterfront view. The king bedroom has access to a sound facing deck with a picnic table and Adirondack chairs in the yard. A charcoal grill is located outside, just steps from the kitchen. The entrance deck on the east side features comfortable cushioned deck furniture set among a grove of live oaks.
