Positive: Location was perfect. The condo was exactly what we needed. Perfect view of the ocean
Negative: The air just did not cool very well. Leaving it at 70 degrees was not cooling the unit down as it should. The only way we could get it cool was to keep the blinds and curtains closed. Therefore the perfect view could not be seen.
