Floating, boarding, swimming and fishing are just some of the water activities that are just steps away from the door. Kayaks for 4 (2 singles, 1 double) and 3 stand-up paddle boards are available and beautiful lake views. There are wide wood stairs to walk into the water which is about 4 feet deep or you can jump in from the dock into 6 feet of water. A 10 X 10 floating dock (lily pad) will be tied up and is a great extension for the water lovers in your party.
Waterfront comfort includes 7 Adirondack chairs on the covered dock, 5 lounges on the boardwalk with a cantilever umbrella. There is a table (with umbrella) and 4 chairs on the dock and additional fold out chairs in the shed if needed.

A public boat ramp is within site and the house is very close to Scalleywag's Grill/Marina (live music) and Old North State Marina. Our boat/jet skiis are not available with rental but you can rent skiis from Uwharrie Adventures and a boat from Old North State Marina. If you are going to rent a motorcraft let us know and we can be sure to have a space for yours.
Our lake house sleeps 10 in beds (12 max with couches) and has 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms and 2 living rooms. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs (queens) and 1 Bunk room downstairs. The Bunk room has 2 queen bunks made for adults. (https://adultbunkbeds.com/bunk-beds/queen-bunk-bed) It holds 2K lbs. and is very comfortable and sturdy. The room also has a single bunk which holds 300 lbs.
All linens are included and there are beach towels for the lake.
