NEW Totally renovated lovely bungalow on Watauga River, a master suite KING with a private patio. Second bedroom has an adjustable full-size bed in addition to a twin, and futon. Sleeps 4 comfortably, and may sleep seven. Watching wildlife, fishing, and paddling is fabulous here. The minimalistic mid-modern design creates relaxing, clean, open rooms bringing the sunshine in. Black-out curtains are installed in each room, as well as special night lights if needed. We have so many extras here I can't name, but this property is all about the river. Massive pergola riverside for relaxing your mind and enjoying friends and family. Below the church in Lynn Valley, we have great fishing, a boat ramp, easy walk in and out, and lots of parking.
