Positive: The Sea Shed was behind the owner's house and we had plenty of privacy and room to park our car. The property was half a mile from the pier, and close to a number of restaurants. Melanie, the host, couldn't have been any more perfect. She even drove us to Caswell Beach when we couldn't find the parking lot AND carried the beach chairs to the beach for us. In addition, she gave us great recommendations for restaurants, and answered any question we had related to the Sea Shed or what to do on Oak Island. We were even able to watch the Oak Island Beach Day fireworks from the driveway of the property. Everything in the apartment was new and clean.
