This little cottage was built in the late 1940's. It has four rooms: bedroom, bathroom. kitchen, and living room. A lot of the features are vintage, such as the original refrigerator and cast iron sink. It is very cozy. It is located in a rural community but close to our small southern town of Burnsville NC . There is a retreat center just up the road called High Pastures. It is centrally located between Asheville NC and Boone NC. There are many activities in our area: fishing, snow tubing, hiking, hunting, skiing, golfing, or just relaxing. The front porch swing is ready for you.
