Before check-in, the lead guest must fill the check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions and upload a copy of a valid ID for the lead guest who must be 21 years old staying at the property.
The form must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date. We operate a self-check-in system and cannot meet our guests to check their IDs and verify guests in person.
Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.
SAFETY & SECURITY: Please make sure you close and lock all the windows and doors when you are not on the property. If the property is found left unsecured (windows or doors open/unlocked) during your stay and/or at check-out, we retain the right to charge a penalty fee. Please do not wash the provided bed linen or towels, as they are professionally laundered by our specialist linen supplier. Unauthorised washing, excessive soiling, or damage requiring replacement may result in additional charges.
If an interim housekeeping service is not arranged and extra cleaning is required at check-out to restore the property to its original condition, additional cleaning charges may apply.
To help us prepare the property for our next guests, we kindly ask that you leave the home in a similar general condition to how it was presented at check-in. This includes disposing of excessive rubbish and ensuring that dishes, cookware and kitchen utensils are rinsed, cleared away or loaded into the dishwasher before departure.
