Located right on the main front street of Tynemouth, just perfect for a wonderful short break only a stone’s throw from the beach and many upmarket wine bars, eateries, cafés and shops in this popular seaside town. The fantastic Blue Flag beaches are a 2-minute walk away and are popular with surfers and holidaymakers. The hidden fish restaurants along the beach are a delight as is the lovely priory and walk along to either North Shields with a bustling working harbour full of restaurants, perfect for fish lovers and home to The Tall Ships Race, or the other way along to Whitley Bay where the beautiful Spanish City has been fully regenerated and has a relaxing champagne bar and events.
The promenade area that stretches this bit of coastline has all been modernised and is a gorgeous place to stroll along in the evening whatever the weather as there are plenty of places to stop off for coffee or a gin and tonic.
