Summary: This property rental is a hotel and managed by a 3rd party (Room Picks) and when only 1 room was properly reserved instead of the 2 reserved, a complete refund was not provided. The property manager did everything to accommodate, however the 3rd party vendor, Room Picks did not send a reservation request for 2 rooms and a complete refund for the error wasn't recognized. Will not rent this property through VRBO again.
