Lovely, updated, three bedroom, two bath home in desirable Venice Florida. Convenient to shopping, dining, golf, and beautiful, historic, downtown Venice. Enjoy Venice beach, or the Arts Center, Symphony, or Venice Theater. Home is convenient to the Atlanta Braves spring training arena, and any outdoor activities you may desire, including golfing, hiking, biking, boating, kayaking, fishing, or just enjoying the magnificent sunsets every evening from Venice pier! Just 18 miles from downtown Sarasota, St. Armand's Key, and Sarasota Bay.

Home is in a community that is well established, and offers access to community pool, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center, and library. There are updates throughout including fresh paint inside and out, an updated kitchen with new granite, two seat breakfast bar with pendant lighting, new refrigerator, and freshly pained cabinets. Summary: A cozy home with all the amenities you would want. The neighborhood was great and the location was convenient to beaches, restaurants and town. The hosts were gracious and responded quickly to any questions we had. We look forward to renting again next year.
