This home is located in the center of the Tri-Counties: Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley. Best place to stay! You will have the pleasure and comfort of a down home feel. On the premises is: full range kitchen supplied with cookware, washer and dryer, and a 50 inch Smart TV w/DVD player and Netflix. TV's are also available in each bedroom.
This is a very spacious and cozy two bedroom, two and a half bath, SMOKE-FREE HOME. Can accommodate four individuals with a sleeping arrangement of one King size bed, and one Queen size bed. Pets are NOT ALLOWED due to allergies and consideration for future guest.
Check-in time is 4pm, Check-out time is at 11am.
***Please take all your personal belongs with you at the end of your stay. There will be a $25 charge plus shipping expense for returned items. Items will only be held for 4 days before they are discarded.***

Summary: Great location in quiet neighborhood. 20 min from downtown with easy access to the highway and lots of restaurant options nearby. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and house was clean and as described. Loved the big comfy couch with enough seating for everyone. Would stay again if in the area.
