Summary: Won’t be staying here again. Upon arrival the place did not feel clean. There were water stains on walls and trim. The upstairs bathroom had 2 cockroaches that we found on day 1. It’s advertised with amenities that include a workout facility, pickleball courts, tennis courts, and a basketball court. The key fob that was suppose to work did not and the office said the owner never renewed the access as the key fob belonged to the previous owner. The pool was nice but they are very strict about everything. My kids weren’t allowed to jump into the pool from the side, got yelled at for throwing a ball to each other in the pool, and got yelled at for talking too loud. One of the stairs had missing bull nose that espoused a sharp edge that my daughter cut her foot on. The parking was also an issue. Overall poor experience.
