Our home we’ve titled Fairway to Heaven is situated 3,700 feet above sea level, and located on the 14th fairway of Trilliums championship golf course. It has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths on two levels, sleeps 8 comfortably. In addition to Fairway, there are westerly mountain views. You'll thoroughly enjoy sitting on the large deck overlooking the 14th fairway and evening sunsets. In addition to the country club, Lake Glenville boasts 26 miles of shoreline and sits at an elevation of 3,400 feet and encompasses 1,470 acres. Known for excellent fishing of bass, trout and bream, you can enjoy swimming in the clear lake waters as well as watersports. With a lakefront restaurant and more formal golf club restaurant, this community has something for everybody and you never have to leave the community. Google Fiber Installation 2/2021.
