The Archdale Light Rail station is just a stones throw away.
Every 20 min you can catch a train that brings you right into Uptown Charlotte in just 15-19 minutes. Depending on which station you hop off (most likely Stonewall Station or CTC Arena), you can walk to about everything that Charlotte has to offer. No more searching for parking, standing in traffic or paying for expensive Uber rides. The cool thing about the light rail is that these stations are of course strategically placed close to all the important locations. Therefore, you actually have a shorter walk from the train stations to all/any of these places than if you were to stay in any short term rental or hotel near uptown.

Our place is newly renovated with new floors, tile, paint, shower, toilets, appliances, and all new furniture.
*Please note, there is no washer/dryer in the rental which is reflected in our low nightly rate. However, there is a laundromat a 30-second walk away, and we can arrange a professional laundry service for an added fee for guests who are seeking to stay more long term.

You have the entire townhouse to yourself. It is two floors with the living room, kitchen and half bath on the bottom, and bedroom and a full bath on top. There is an air mattress available as an additional sleeping area, so the place can comfortably fit 4 people.
