This large family friendly mountain home is perfectly located for your Summer or Winter escape to Mammoth Lakes area. Our home features impressive wood and stone craftsmanship, high ceilings and a bright spacious interior. We have upgraded the kitchen to a chef's kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel Viking appliances. We offer a large entertaining area inside and outside allowing for you to choose the perfect dining experience. The spacious deck adjacent to the dining area holds a private gas grill and outdoor seating. Our living room features a wood burning fireplace to keep you cozy and warm after a fun day on the hill. Sit back and relax even longer with the flat screen Smart TV. Guest rooms include two master suites, perfect for a multi-family getaway or for a large group gathering. The upstairs private master has a king bed, gas fireplace and private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, stand up shower and a soaking tub.The second master bedroom is on the lowest level and has two queen beds, an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. Our Third bedroom boasts a queen bed and has access to a full bathroom with shower/tub as well as it's own desk area if you need to work remotely. The fourth bedroom is a perfect children's hideaway featuring two twin beds and access to the full bathroom (shower/tub combo). Please note the 4th room does not have its own closet. The lower level of the home has an open concept den that offers additional sleeping arrangements with a sleeper sofa. The den also has a flatscreen TV and direct access to our lower deck which has a private hot tub to soak in after a long fun day on the hill.Additional comforts of our elegant cabin include a private laundry room with a washer and dryer, a 2 car garage (with 7'8" clearance) and additional parking for one vehicle in the private driveway and fast wifi. Our home is three stories with three full levels and 8 steps to the main entrance. Our main rules are: No Smoking, No Pets, and a Maximum of 10 guests. All guests of the home will receive a complimentary full access pass to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy the facilities which feature an indoor heated swimming pool, a steam room, Sauna, Full Fitness facility, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle studio and more. Guests will also be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what we have allotted, feel free to contact us for information on alternative options. *3NIGHT MINIMUM STAY ON WEEKENDS, no exceptions.* Please note: Check in is no earlier than 4pm due to our cleaning crew schedule.
