The Terry Sanford Guest House C is a beautiful, private apartment built into a historic two-story home, offering the perfect blend of charm and comfort. Inside, you’ll find 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, along with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Enter through the private rear door to a welcoming living room complete with a Smart TV and WiFi for streaming your favorite shows. A separate dining room with seating for six connects to a fully equipped kitchen featuring full-size appliances, basic cookware and utensils, and pantry staples like salt, pepper, and cooking oil—plus complimentary breakfast bars and a Keurig with K-cups, creamer, and sugar for your morning coffee. Upstairs, you’ll find two beautifully decorated bedrooms with full sized beds and a full bathrooms with a tub perfect for relaxing soaks. All bedrooms come with fresh linens, and both bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover wipes. For your convenience, laundry is included and the entire apartment is completely private—no shared spaces. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, Guest House C is designed to make you feel right at home.

House Rules/ Expectations:
1. No smoking or illicit drugs of any kind within our near our home. Evidence of cigarette or illicit smoke odor will incur a $250 fee. This is posted within our home as well.
2. Respect quiet hours and neighbors at all times. Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM.
3. No unapproved overnight guests.
4. No parties, events, or large gatherings.
5. Clean up all pet waste prior to departure.
6. Do not rearrange our furniture.
7. No pets or shoes on carpeted areas.
Fees/Charges:
1. Smoking Fee incurs a $250 charge.
2. Lockout fee incurs a $25 charge
3. Additional cleaning fee can range from $120-$350
4. Early check-in/ Late departure fee incurs a fee of $75
Checkout Instructions:
1. Hand wash dishes and lay to dry or load dishwasher and begin cycle.
2. Gather all towels in one bathroom or place inside the washing machine and begin load on hot water with provided detergent.
3. Gather all trash and place in appropriate receptacle. Note: recyclables are not to be bagged.
Other Things to Note:
1. Street parking is limited. Note: Do not park on pavement, blocking other guests. Park in the gravel nearest red shed.
2. Guests may hear occasional aircraft or other loud noise due to close proximity to local base.
3. Our home is not wheelchair accessible.
Supervision of pets and children at all times is recommended.
Check out requirements--The below tasks significantly help our staff offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs and we appreciate your cooperation.
1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Please place all used towels in the black laundry bag or on the bathroom floor.
3. Load and start the dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.

The house is part of a three-unit complex so please respect your neighbors with quiet hours from 9 pm to 7 am each day. You have utmost privacy as only one wall is shared! Please park off of the driveway so that others can get around the circle. Your parking designated parking spot is off the driveway next to the neighbor's red shed.

A car is strongly suggested although ride share programs such as Uber and Lyft are available too!

We recommend walking to Honeycutt park or just enjoying the outside area with other area joggers up and down Ft. Bragg road and taking the short drive to check out Historic Downtown Fayetteville. The Historic Haymount neighborhood is the gem of Fayetteville. LeClair's General Store for coffee and gifts. Latitude 35 is a great pub/dinner featuring great brunch and dinner options. Don't miss the 1897 Poe House or the Airborne and Special Ops Museum while you are here!

Our local manager is available Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM and for after hours emergencies.
Please note, that despite our Host Team is available 27/7, we request guests to share if their check-in will occur later than 9PM. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9PM may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!

Guests have full private access to the entire home minus one locked closet. Self check-in is available via smart lock--you'll receive all access instructions before arrival for a smooth, contactless check-in experience.

Getting Around:
Personal vehicle is preferred though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Fayetteville by car, with easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze. Fort Bragg is only 15 minutes away!
