Welcome to The Rosehill Residence, hosted by Military First BnB Solutions! This cozy 2BR/1BA home is perfect for short or extended stays. Pet friendly with a fully fenced yard and all the comforts of home. Please note: no street parking is permitted.
The Space:
This cozy, one story home features a small living room, kitchen, and dining room. The kitchen includes full sized appliances and modern, stack washer and dryer units. You will find two bedrooms, one with a full size bed and a second bedroom featuring 2 twin sized beds. The household bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and includes body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup remover wipes and fresh linens for all guests.
Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit ($15 processing fee). We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.
Guest Access:
Guests have complete and exclusive access to this home minus a closet in the dining room.The Yale smart lock is located on the front door. There you will enter your access code to enter the property.
The Neighborhood:
This is a small quiet neighborhood surrounded by many beautiful homes. There is a shopping center and many restaurants located close by. This neighborhood is very quiet so we do not allow any parties and ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 9:00pm. Please be aware that only two cars will fit in the driveway. There is no parking on the street due to being located off a high volume road.
Getting Around:
This home is located off of a busy road in a central location making it easy to travel around Fayetteville. With easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze! Fort Bragg is only 15 minutes away! Downtown and the Cross Creek Mall are also very close with many surrounding restaurants and bars making it easy to stay busy and find things to do during your stay.

House Rules/ Expectations:
1. No smoking or illicit drugs of any kind within our near our home. Evidence of cigarette or illicit smoke odor will incur a $250 fee. This is posted within our home as well.
2. Respect quiet hours and neighbors at all times. Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM.
3. No unapproved overnight guests.
4. No parties, events, or large gatherings.
5. Clean up all pet waste prior to departure.
6. Do not rearrange our furniture.

Checkout Instructions:
1. Hand wash dishes and lay to dry or load dishwasher and begin cycle.

3. Gather all trash and place in appropriate receptacle. Note: recyclables are not to be bagged.

Summary: First impression was that the house was cute and very clean, but the back yard was a bit unkempt. House is really close to the next door neighbor's home, and almost directly across from a brightly lit gas station at a busy intersection. We had been told via email earlier on the day of arrival that the previous guest had not reported damage on the bathroom wall, and we were also advised to not use the back door for similar reasons. That message was a little disconcerting and we were a bit uncomfortable with being told not to use a specific door. We did see the damage in the bathroom that was mentioned, obviously caused by someone slamming the bathroom door in too hard and the door handle causing damage to the sheetrock. The only other damage we saw was one drawer pull in the kitchen was missing, and we did report that. But yes, overall it was very clean and well kept, which I appreciate. One suggestion that would help make the stay more comfortable would be to invest in a queen size mattress and either box springs or a mattress platform for the master bedroom. We are two mid 60-something year old adults, and it was not the most comfortable to sleep on a double mattress placed directly on the slats. Overall we were glad to have a clean place to stay, as we were in town to see our grandson's high school graduation and visit with family. Thank you for making your place available.
