This charming property is owned by a wheelchair bound owner and is fully wheelchair accessible with multiple zero entry showers, wide doors, and plenty of supportive hand rails. This lovely property features a main floor with great room, dining, and kitchen area, and primary suite with adjustable split king bed, luxurious bath with toilet closet and dual vanity; wet-room concept includes zero entry shower and soaking tub. The basement includes the downstairs den with wet bar and game tables. Three bedrooms downstairs with blue bedroom king bed and attached bath; cream bedroom and attached bath with dual vanity and zero entry shower; third bedroom 'glass' bedroom has one king and two XL twin beds, with a full bath (Lake bath) across the hall. Lake bath has indoor entry as well as outdoor entry so swimmers can easily enter from outside if a quick pitstop is needed. There is also a sleeping attic with 4 twins, two full size beds with twin trundles underneath. Main kitchen has luxury appliances, induction cooktop, one regular oven, one Advantix oven, subzero fridge, and Scotsman nugget icemaker. Laundry room is large and fully appointed with washer and dryer, sink, and plenty of countertop space. Outdoor space includes upstairs screened porch with overflow dining and TV, decks upstairs and down, a firepit, and an outdoor shower for quick a quick rinse after a day in the lake. There is a sidewalk all the way to the roomy boat dock, where everyone can lounge and swim. Owners' boat or personal water craft not included in rental. We do have paddle boards and kayaks for your enjoyment. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED.
