Summary: The property is great. I love the area and most of the amenities. The pool, hot tub and plethora of furniture around the property was amazing. The pool table's slats were uneven and caused the balls to jump with the rifts that were created. The pool cues were in poor repair.There were some more important issues however. The kitchen sink had low water pressure and no hot water, which isn't great for properly cleaning dishes. Most of the mini fridges did not work. There were two in the loft over the garage and one by the pool that did not turn on. It wasn't a major inconvenience, when with the price of renting this property, it is concerning. I glad we didn't go there with the intent of using the court, because the basketball goals and net were in poor condition. The Internet was very poor quality as well. I would recommend the owner get a mesh network to cover that large area with the number of devices that guests will use. They are renting the low-end modem/router from their provider.
