Hiking/Biking everywhere. Home has master bedroom on entire top floor with master bathroom and balcony overlooking living room. PacMan game in Living room to play. 2 Guest Bedrooms on Main with Remodeled full bathroom. Large Living room with wood burning fireplace, Large kitchen with Quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances. Walkout basement with 2 bedrooms, laundry room and huge Family room with Ping-Pong Table and access to patio under giant deck. If you are looking for a property close to biking and hiking, this is it. Close to Dupont State Forest and Davidson River and Transylvania County with all the waterfalls and white squirrels. Excellent family home anytime of the year. Keep in mind this is our primary residence so we do live here with our cat and dog when it is not rented.
