This 3-bed, 3.5 bath home is located 1 mile away from Ruby Falls and the Incline Railway route. The close proximity to local attractions makes this vacation home a convenient option for travelers! The Nest comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and boasts a coastal, light, and airy décor which provides a relaxing feel. Many special memories will be made at this unique mountain retreat! Our Favorite Things About This Home: There are several features that make The Nest stand out as a coveted vacation home in Chattanooga! The home includes a fully stocked and spacious kitchen, private washer, and dryer, WIFI, and central A/C throughout the home. There are several outdoor deck spaces to take in the views with your morning coffee, as well as a full bathroom in EACH bedroom! This property’s location is incredible and is the perfect place to stay if you really want to experience Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain! Home Layout: When entering the home you walk into the spacious fully stocked kitchen, with a large pantry and dining table with seating for 4. Off the kitchen is the first bedroom with a King bed, large bathroom with double vanity, standing shower, and tub! There is also direct access to the top deck from this bedroom. The living room has plenty of seating for everyone with a decorative fireplace and has another beautiful dining table with seating for 6. Down the hall is The Nest’s front entry foyer where a half bathroom sits and the second bedroom with a queen bed, a TV, private bathroom, and closet space. Heading downstairs you will find a spacious laundry room with a washer and dryer, a utility sink, and an adorable coffee nook! Right down the hall from this is another bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, TV, closet space, access to the lower deck, and the bathroom just down the hall. Things to Know About The Property: The driveway near the road is steep and narrow but then levels out nicely at the bottom. Parking notes: There is room for 3 cars at the bottom of the driveway. The fireplace is not operable NO pets allowed at this vacation rental. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. City/town permit number: 122-24 Weather and Outages!
