Summary: Dade's place was very nice and clean. Dade was very accommodating to any needs we had. We made a few requests and Dade immediately ordered what we needed and it was there asap. We appreciated it very much. I would recommend his place. The area around Vanderbilt Lakes is very nice. Enjoyable for a run, walk, or bike ride.
