Summary: The Mandrake was truly a magical and unexpected experience. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel completely at home. Sebastian, the manager, was amazing — gracious, professional, and so attentive — and Sharif was exceptional. He made us feel safe, cared for, and genuinely looked after, as if we were family. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it made our stay feel incredibly personal and special. The rooms were extremely comfortable, and the beds were some of the best I’ve ever slept in. Every detail felt thoughtful, from the service to the atmosphere. The restaurant was phenomenal, the drinks at the bar were exquisite, and the spa was on another level. The mudroom was a true experience, and the movie theater — where we watched the FIFA London game — was such a fun and memorable touch. The location is also fantastic: safe, very walkable, close to the Tube, and surrounded by great restaurants and places to explore. There are so many wonderful things I could say about this hotel, but there simply isn’t enough room. The Mandrake delivered an unforgettable stay, and I will absolutely be back.
