Summary: Staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The 'rustic cabins' are only OK. The first one we had (112/113) was pretty run down and absolutely overrun with bugs. We requested to be moved, and the 206/207 cabin was nicer, newer, and cleaner. If you have loud neighbors you will know it - some drunken idiots kept us up for a while the first night. Recommend not staying in these cabins if you're at Mammoth Cave - perhaps the rooms up at the lodge proper are more comfortable for a family.
