• The pool remains open but is not heated by default.
• Heating is available upon request for $150/day if the average forecasted air temperatures are above 55°F during your stay.

• The pool is closed for the season.
Quiet Policy: Please note that The Huntly Estate is located in a private and quiet mountain community. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area offers.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per home.
