Attention to all guest booking between aug 1st-nov. 30th 2021: thank you for choosing to stay with us at the grove beach condos. we are sure that you will enjoy our prime location at an unbeatable price. between august 1st and nov. 30th the roof is being replaced. workers will be present between the hours of 7am and 6pm on weekdays when weather allows. you can expect variable amounts of noise during this time. allow us to thank you again for staying with us at the grove; we have taken pains to adjust our rates accordingly to supplement the inconvenience of the renovation work.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
