The Great Escape #142 offers a lot of natural light, expansive decks with great ocean views and tons of seating, vaulted ceilings, and bamboo floors. Soak in the peaceful ocean views and coastal breezes from one of the home’s many outdoor spaces. There are multiple decks that feature plenty of space to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean or curl up with a good book. This private neighborhood offers a swimming pool, tennis courts, and boat launch on the sound side to launch kayaks and paddle boards. Guests can access the beach via the community beach access located right beside this home!
The living area features a seamless open floor plan that allows easy flow from the living area to the kitchen and dining space. The living area features a comfortable leather sofa, two reclining chairs, a TV and large windows perfectly framing North Topsail Beach. Meal preparation is a breeze in the home’s fully stocked kitchen. There are bar stool seats for three and a dining table has seating for six as well as a picnic table on the oceanfront deck with seating for six. The primary suite boasts a king-sized bed, access to a private oceanfront deck, and a TV. The master ensuite has a double-sink vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower.
The top floor has an open loft seating area with with a queen sleeper sofa. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor, one features a king-sized bed, a twin-sized bed, and a twin over twin bunk with private deck access, and smart TV. There is a hall bathroom located off this bedroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a twin-sized bed, smart TV, deck access and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
The left side garage contains a ping-pong table available for guests for some friendly competition! Two to three vehicles (depending on size) can fit in the driveway. High speed internet and four Smart TVs are available throughout the home.
