Summary: While the owner was very nice, the locking mechanism on the door didn't work and owner had to bring the house key. We couldn't put food on kitchen counter because there were ants. It would have been nice to have a door on the bedrooms for privacy. We adjusted the heat but we were all cold. There was a BAD draft coming in around the air-conditioning unit above the head of the bed upstairs, and the person sleeping there froze! All the mattresses were so uncomfortable too. The house has really good potential, but needs a lot of work to make it desireable.
