Summary: Quiet, clean, and comfortable place to overnight with kids and pets. Solid surface floors throughout and split floor plan are awesome for families. Easy to get in and out of, but enough off the beaten path to feel a bit more secure too. Nice big back yard (no fence) to burn off some wiggles for the family too.
