Feel at peace in this spacious and serene home. Just a few blocks to the river, kayak and bike rentals, fishing pier, Havens Garden Park, and the dog park, let our home become YOUR home away from home. Three bedrooms (one a master king suite and two with queen beds), two bathrooms, and TWO living rooms supply both privacy and room to sprawl out. Dishes for 12, and fully equipped kitchen, five Roku TVs, Wi Fi, free off street parking (with room for your boat), and total comfort abound!
The space:
This beautiful home has been recently renovated inside, with new bathrooms, new kitchen and laundry, new hot water on demand... and more!
The front living room contains a breakfast nook with seating for four. Perfect for a meal, or a board game. The dining room contains table and chairs for six more, plus two counter stools at the dining/kitchen peninsula. The kitchen sports dinnerware service for twelve, a KitchenAid Pro 600 Bowl-lift mixer, Cuisinart Food Processor, a bread machine, pots and pans, bakeware, and much more. This love of baking is what gives our home its name: The Baker House.
Have coffee YOUR way, with a Keurig machine, a Cuisinart drip coffee maker, a traditional percolator, a French press, and a coffee grinder to grind your favorite beans.
The Family room (second living room) is the perfect place to recline (in one of four recliners) to watch a movie, or take in your favorite show. The living room and family room both have TVs with Roku, Hulu Live TV, and electric log fireplaces.
The master bedroom suite (with private bathroom) is separated from the other two bedrooms, and has a king sized bed, desk, walk-in closet, and a 5 ft. shower in the bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have queen sized beds, with the larger of the two bedrooms also containing bookshelves and a desk. Bedrooms all have darkening window curtains and cordless shades. All bedrooms have TVs with Roku and Hulu Live TV.
There are three beds (for six people). However, there is a queen-sized, electric air bed that can fit two more people. The air bed (and bedding) is available upon request, if your traveling party contains seven or eight people.
The family bathroom contains a tub/shower combination, with the tub being deep for a great soak.
Outside, you will find a BBQ grill, outdoor table for four, and a deck with two chairs and a small table... all under roof.
Lots of off street parking, with plenty of room for your boat!
For your safety, and the safety of our property, there is a Ring Doorbell at the front door. This captures both outdoor video and sound. The doorbell will ring inside the house. It will not record anything inside the house. There are Ring security cameras at the side entrance and the rear entrance/patio area. these cameras capture both outdoor video and sound.
