Our totally updated condo is located in a 24 hour security gated community. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with beautifully groomed grounds and a myriad of amenities to provide you with a wonderful experience. There are 5 heated swimming pools, hot tub, 6 shuffle board courts, 3 bocce ball courts, 10 tennis courts, a 9 hole- par 3 executive golf course, and a fitness center with sauna . A Tiki Bar is located adjacent to one of the pools, and there is also a restaurant available on site. Or you can just relax on the 3,000 feet of private ocean beachfront . Our second floor condo has a King Bed in the master bedroom, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV. The living room has a couch and ottoman. Comfortable chair and coffee tables, flat screen TV with a DVD/Blue Ray player. Cable and high speed WIFI is provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances and accessories. Linens are provided for the unit, including beach towels. A washer and dryer are also in the unit. There is an enclosed lanai with seating for quiet evenings overlooking the water and water courtyard fountain. Whether you are looking for an activity filled month or a time for relaxation and rest, you will be truly satisfied vacationing at our lovely Ocean Village condo.
